Returns

1. If you have concerns about the right size or model, we encourage you to link in with us for a consultation via email info@ukai.eu . We will be happy to advise you and hopefully help to prevent a long exchange or return procedure.
2. You can return the item you bought in the ŪKAI shop within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
3. The returned goods must not be used and have to meet the following criteria:

– The item can not be worn or otherwise used, it can be not damaged and must have retained it’s original value.

– The item must be presented in the original packaging of the manufacturer and must have retained it’s original appearance.

– The item must remain with all the attached labels.

4. Please add the invoice or a copy of it along with the item you are sending, and the filled request form for exchange or return of the goods.
5. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we are comitting to transfer money to your bank account within 2 business days.

Please note! Transportation costs are not refundable.
